Hi, my name if Claire. I am a person centred Counsellor registered with the BACP. I have personal experience of how beneficial counselling can be, and appreciate how difficult it may be, to reach out and ask for help. I understand what it is like to be a client, and I aim to offer you a safe, confidential, non judgement space, to explore any areas of your life that are causing you concern. By building a warm therapeutic relationship, we can work together on your journey, allowing you to gain insight, and perspective into your challenges in life, and overcome your personal barriers to achieve your goals. I will respect and value you and your decisions, will be open and genuine, so we can build a trusting relationship. I have experience in other counselling areas including CBT, and sessions can be tailored to meet your needs. I can work therapeutically with a wide range of concerns and can assist you with any issues you may be facing such as, depression, trauma, anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues, addictions and many others. Appointments can be arranged weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whatever suits you best.
